I have not used the product from this producer before. I am sure that it will do the job. But I cannot remove the lid, no matter how I follow the instructions and how hard I try. It will not budge

I have a water softner system in my house so the water is really soft. This product is very easy to use and worked brilliantly to get the water in my intex hot tub to the correct levels. I will buy this product again when I run out

Really good,
Pool water was too soft, bought this and then calculated the dose and it was 988grams, (6,500 litre pool). So a kilo was spot on, pool is now perfectly balanced.
