I bought this for two reasons: the temp control and the quieter boiling. The temp control is good, but it's a little fiddly to set. Still, being able to set it to 40C to proof yeast makes things easier (it cools off in the container). The kettle is quieter but I wish it was quieter. I've had mine for a year and a few months an a screw inside the kettle came loose. It's actually easy to service but I had to tighten all the screws as well as put the other one back. Might be a thing to do on delivery.

Neat little kettle that works well giving water a constant display Temperature and keeps it at the desired temperature. its a bit slower to boil at 1. 5 KW and pours at a slower stream rate. but that's the nice thing about it what's the hurry ?

It works well. It has two cons: - You can't tell the level of the water from the outside (likewise, it's hard to know if you're below minimum or above maximum, as these are only marked on the outside and you can't see inside). - When it finishes (and not set to maintain the temperature) and you take the kettle it says "E1" as in error 1 (that's not an error: it heated, I want the liquid), but It should: --- Switch between current temperature and the timer if the kettle is left (so you know if you need to start it again). --- Show the timer (as it does now) while the kettle is of, and turn off after a couple of seconds if put again. Other than that, it's an amazing product and would recommend.

Purchased as a gift for my son. He loves brewing coffee and is very pleased with this product. It looks very stylish too.

The lid notches were blunt and didn't catch lid so when pouring boiling water the lid falls off. Item is faulty but I was able to recieve a refund straight away. Looks nice. The item does have a toxic smell too as the spout is not stainless steel as I checked this with a magnet but the inside is.

Bought as a present for my wife. Looks neat and stylish with matte black colour. It's easy to use and hassle free. Definitely worth buying for tea lovers. Piece of advice - have a small list of temperature for tea types on hand.

Bought Nov 2022, broke Dec 2023. It's not a quality product, it sputtered a lot when pouring, which would get hot water and tea/coffee everywhere. It lasted just over a year before it broke and has been used and looked after properly. And as other reviews say - it beeped a lot and loudly. At one point it began heating when not turned on to heat - which meant I had to turn off the kettle manually after every use, so it is also a fire hazard. RIP overpriced, faulty kettle.

Kettle looks great in the kitchen. First few times worked a treat, then I noticed the temperature would reach 95,96 and drop down to 93,94,95, then drop again. Water was boiling in kettle, but the kettle did not recognise the water was boiling. Kept using to see if the kettle would sort itself out. Nothing changed. Have decided to send back. Shame really liked this kettle, but can’t have a kettle wasting electricity, not at todays prices.

Ich nutze den Wasserkocher jetzt seit etwa einem halben Jahr und bin nach wie vor total zufrieden. Das Design mit dem Schwanenhals sieht nicht nur edel aus, sondern macht ihn auch zu einem echten Hingucker in der Küche – ich wurde schon mehrfach darauf angesprochen. Besonders praktisch finde ich die Möglichkeit, die Temperatur genau einzustellen. Das ist ideal für grünen Tee oder andere Getränke, bei denen kochendes Wasser eher kontraproduktiv ist. Die Bedienung ist einfach, die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig und bisher läuft alles absolut zuverlässig. Ich würde ihn jederzeit wieder kaufen – tolles Gerät, das optisch wie funktional überzeugt!
