It appears that the bottom of the cup was not getting pierced by the lower drain of the Keurig coffee maker and coffee was overflowing the top of the cup making the top hole much bigger and, in one case, exploding enough to spread coffee and grounds onto the counter and floor around the coffee maker. (Sorry, no picture was taken :-) )We now make sure that we push the Maud's cup firmly into the coffee maker from the top to make sure that the bottom gets pierced before closing the top unit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Review of replacement shipment. *by L***D on Reviewed in the United States on September 1, 2023* The company sent a second box of pods in response to my first review.
