I ordered two of these, one for each wrist, and neither of them worked. Put both of them on charge, when plugging in the lights flashed but other than that there was no power so I didn’t get to try the product. Such a shame as it seemed like such a good idea to give me relief in my wrists.

Light comes on doesn’t stay on bc and no heat . ?

I've had carpal tunnel since pregnancy. Even after baby was born it's still here. Currently on physiotherapy NHS list. I can feel a weakness in my hand and even hurts like crazy lifting my baby at times. This glove is handy. I was putting a hot water bottle on it but the heat does run out. It's nice that I can sit and relax with this glove on whilst I watch something. It comes with a USB port and needs to be plugged in in order to use it. It helps eases my hand which is so lovely.

Bought as a Christmas present so I'm sure they will like it

No heat .Plugged it in..light comes on for a second then goes off.Left if for 30 mins still no heat
