I didn't have to use clips as I just wanted spare hosing for future use but when I need to fix anything to a wall that is like hosing or tubing, I get some 1mm aluminium sheet, using tinsnips I cut a a strip say 10 cm by 2.5 cm, then bend it around the hose and shape the ends so they are flat against the wall, then drill a hole each end and screw unto the wall around the hose/tubing. Use stainless screws and nothing will rust and it will hold tube/hose perfectly. Thin aluminium is easy to bend!!
