Is this oil or water. What is the difference

Its water of the coconut this makes the coconut inside stayes fresh. The oil is the one in the coconut fruit while the water is just to make the fruit stays hydrated this we can drink and is the best fresh to drink and has many nutrients in it .

Is the coconut oil meant to be runny?? It says cold pressed?

This is coconut water. It is a hydrating pure juice with no additives that is derived straight from the coconut. It is not oil. The oil is more expensive and comes in solid form usually in jars. It is fattening if consumed in large quantities whereas I find coconut water is great for weight loss either to keep you hydrated whilst training or fill you up in between meals. My skin is great when I drink this and my headaches go. My 3 children 5,10 and 18 drink this every day and especially if ill. My youngest son drank this in smaller quantities from ages 8 months .

Yes, it's Flash Pasteurised, it's on the company's FAQ site. Sorry but the answers below are incorrect.. I think you have to get Coco Water in Cans or fresh coconuts to avoid this but the cans can give you heavy metal residues. Wish there were another way but Vita Coco still tastes great and I think some of the properties which make it healthyand a good fungicide, electrolyte replacement, refreshing hydration remain intact.
