The mini tart tins are easy to clean. They are a good solid weight and are easy to handle and they hold the tart intact.

Little quiche dishes
These little dishes are amazing for quiche they look lovely when cooked once you get used to using them, at first I was trying to cut pastry with a round cutter I couldn’t get a size to fit took me ages to do then my next batch I just cut the pastry into squares and cut off the left over once it was in the dishes done in no time I done 48 for a family party everyone commented on how nice they were
