Available as a Clear Demostrator, with a choice of nib widths. Comes with a smart, modern clear box and a little vial of silicone grease to lubricate the piston over time. There is an instruction sheet and small spanner to take the piston mechanism from the barrel to allow the lubricating. The nib, ink feed and grip section can also be taken apart for cleaning and maintenence - it is not advised unless necessary, but it can be done. Do these pens tend to leak? Mine has, some.** A: I have 5 of them. One was leaking so where the nib section connects to the barrel. Of course, I overtightened and it broke. The nib section was still screwed into the pen which I could not remove as I do not have the correct tools. I emailed TWIB and was told it was my problem and to order a new pen or parts. Thus, I quit buying from this company. I realize it was my fault and was hoping I could have sent the pen to them to fix. The customer service is terrible. **Q: Can this pen be filled with an eye Dropper?** A: Not with an eye dropper, but you can unscrew the grip section of the pen and use a fountain pen syringe to fill the ink barrel from the top. **Q: What’s the main difference compared to twsbi eco?** A: Price. Apart from that the main difference is appearance. The 580 is a traditional-looking pen and I love them. The Eco is more modern looking. The writing experience is very similar. I believe they use the same nibs and ink-feed mechanism. They are both great - it is a matter of style / personal preference. **Q: Received my twsbi 580 yesterday. i notice that the nib seems to spin in it's holder-thing. is this normal?** A: Mine does not spin. Could be something in yours is not screwed firmly into place.
