Kg , Lbs , STI ?? and 70 what ? **Q: Is there an instructional video to follow to get best outcome?** A: Not that I am aware of. It’s pretty straight forward. You place the two plastic extenders in a square in the middle of the racquet. Turn the device until the arrows line up and take your reading. **Q: The picture says it goes up to 70 but the one I just received only goes to 35. Am I missing something?** A: The one I received does have a scale going to 70. I wonder if they put the wrong paper scale on yours. You need to return it or have them send you a new scale that you can paste over the old one. **Q: I worked on tennis strings with 50 tensions. However, when I measure with this product, it is only 36. Is this product defective?** A: This product does not measure the effective tension of the strings, it compares the tension. Measure with it after you have tensioned your strings and note down the scale number and check day by day what the new scale is and compare the numbers.
