Little on the light side but effective enough. Would only dig hole on its own on very light types of soil. I use it for post hole that are two feet deep. Id like to know how much mud it can pull up in 1 go** A: I'm a fencing contractor and I wouldn't be without these. Depending on ground conditions you can dig a post hole in no time it will pick up about a seaside sand bucket in one go.
