This product keeps every running as it should and makes me feel great! It doesn't taste as bad as you think, actually rather tasteless and I knock it back once a day. The value is good as Udo's products are really really good. Don't waste money on other brands. I also suffer from IBS which is why I am so strict with my diet and this helps immensely.
