For me, Lion’s Mane is a natural “brain booster”, promising to improve focus, memory, and even mood. I think of it as a natural caffeine alternative, without the jitters - ha! Since taking Lion’s Mane I've noticed a subtle but noticeable difference in my mental clarity - a sharpness of focus I suppose, more evident during long work sessions. I've also found it helpful in reducing stress and anxiety, which is a major plus I can tell you! The powder itself is quite potent, and a little goes a long way. It's tasteless, so it's easy to mix into smoothies or just in coffee. I've been adding it to my morning routine, and it's become a part of my daily wellness ritual. One of the things I love about SOLVE Labs’ Lion’s Mane power is its purity, as it is made from the fruiting body of the Lion's Mane mushroom, which is the most potent part of it. It's also extracted using a method that preserves all the beneficial compounds. One of thing I don't like is the plastic pouch. While resealable, it is not biodegradable and I would prefer that it was supplied in an eco-friendly pouch instead. Generally, I dose Lion's Mane powder based on the recommended serving size or my personal needs, and although there is a suggested amount per serving, I've found that I can adjust it to suit my specific requirements. Sometimes, I might take a smaller dose for general cognitive support, while other times, I might increase the dosage a little during periods of intense mental activity or stress. Also, I take some supplements that include Lion’s Mane so powder helps my either top-up and cut back depending on what I am taking on the day. All said, it's a great natural way to boost cognitive function and improve overall well-being.

I felt compelled to write this review after buying another brand to compare against. Solve Labs is far superior. In taste and effect. I take a scoop in my coffee twice a day before I sit down to do some focused work. It really does help. I will be sticking to Solve Labs in the future! My only criticism is that it would be better if it came in glass rather than plastic.

amazzing product but now waiting for it to be available again

I am not sure about this product. I have tried several brands of lions main. The colour and flavour is completely different. It is usually pale and bitter. This is dark with a sweet tinge. it also smells like coconut sugar and is the colour of coconut sugar. Im pretty sure its totally cut with coconut sugar. I cant say I experienced any positive effects either.

I can confidently say it works on me I feel more energetic more active more concentrated the second day I had a nose bleed I’m not sure if it had to do with the medicine I recommend if you feel dull tired sleepy
