I have been using this for over 6 months now. I started taking this as I was experiencing significant hairloss. Whilst I cant 100% say it was this product alone that has helped (I take bovine collagen, glycine and use an anti hairloss shampoo - very well priced from Amazon) this combo has given proven results. I look a bit like the nutty professor in some lights with all the short new re-growth (which love, because it means the hair has come back) The taste is terrible on its own, I put half a teaspoon twice a day in coffee and whizz it up with the other supplements and some mct. You can't taste it. I would recommend giving it a go but judging the results after 4 - 6 months.

I've tried so many supplements but rarely, actually never, do they do anything so profound as this. This stuff worked for me within days. A tablespoon with vitamin c each morning. I had terribly stiff achillies, it was difficult to walk after a period of rest. That's no longer an issue at all. I'm dreaming a lot more, which i take as better, deeper sleep. It's pretty bitter in water but I can cope with that. It's still early days but so far, really good.

This MSM is excellent quality..... clean, fine flakes that dissolve easily in water with no additives or strange aftertaste. I used it mainly for joints and skin, and after a couple of weeks I did notice less stiffness and slightly brighter, clearer skin. It’s strong stuff, so a small amount goes a long way. The glass jar keeps it fresh, and the purity is reassuring. Not the cheapest, but the quality is definitely there.

Very good for removing coughing and blocked sinuses. Good for removing itching if you have allergic reactions and drys the skin out removing the bad. Thanks

I’ve got terrible psoriasis and it affects my scalp badly and my hair thins out. I’ve tried lots of things to encourage hair growth like red light, scalp oils, collagen and so on to no avail. Enter MSM, brilliant stuff! It’s incredibly bitter, I mix it in pineapple juice as the vitamin C helps the MSM but it’s still quite bitter so just neck it down and exhale! Hair is thicker and longer and I’m on my second bottle now, highly recommended!

This product heals wounds very fast. It had a sort of stimulant effect on me, so I have to half the recommended dosage.
