It arrived vacume packed in a small box and the bag was burst at the bottom - the pillow itself was small and misshapen and did not fit the cover - there were no labels as per the pictures and I do wonder if someone else had returned it before me - there was no support even at the larger side so would have been no use to me - too soft - as disappointed as I am I would have been even more so if I had paid the original claimed price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfy *by J***H on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 February 2018* Initially purchased this item as I slept awkwardly and had a sore neck and shoulder blades for a few days.
