How easy is this to use if i can sew or embroid? does it do it for me?

Hi, this is for embroidery only. It's a truly amazing machine and with very little knowledge we have been able to make some amazing things using the built-in designs, and there are so many sites online to get even more lovely designs. As always ease of use depends on one's ability, but I definitely believe that anyone should be able to use.

Can I upload my company logo to this and have it embroid my Logo and if so can it embroid on any soft fabric?

You can upload your company logo . But the design needs to be converted into a stitch file . Depending how complicated the design is brother have a app for your phone or you can send the deign to be digitised approx £15 . Yes any fabric is fine the stabilzor underneath the fabric is most important
