I’ve seen other people mention they eat this rather than just used topically, as a good vegan omega 3 source. It seems to work for me that way as well. What gets on my hands (since the bottle top leaks a little bit when opened and closed) goes on my elbows and hands and gets absorbed pretty instantly.

Leaked some
Packaging was horrible and some of it leaked throughout the box. I couldn’t get a refund because they wanted me to return the product, but I had to put it in a new bottle. The product itself was great for a great price.

This is good quality oil, but shipping is not great
The plastic bottle on 2 different shipments was slightly opened, packed into a lightly padded shipping envelope, and quite a bit of the oil missing in both shipments. I did not request a third shipment i am just keeping what is left of the shipment.
