Lavendar sleep spray
Easy to use. Not sure it helped that much but scent of lavendar was calming.

Gorgeous
I love this spray. The organic lavender is so lovely and relaxing. You need to use much, a quick squirt will do. I use it on my pillows on the bed, on the cushions in the lounge and I now take it to work. When my colleagurs and are having a stressy day a quick squirt works wonders. Such a lovely smell.
