I have been using this product for a while pretty regularly as vitamin C is good for preventing common colds in the first place, for healing colds more quickly, for periodontitis lots of vitamin C is promoting healthy gums. This particular product does the above, and has an excellent lemon taste. I have looked around a lot on similar products, but the small print tends to reveal, that they others contain sorbitol, saccharin or aspartame - so read the small print. This one contains fructose. It dissolves in 1 1/2 minutes. I find it nice to have it as 'special drink' rather than having to swallow an other tablet. Some health food stores charge much more for it. What I like to, is that I can take straight before or after homeopathic remedies, as this product does not contain anything which would counteract (e.g. mint, caffeine etc). Its easier to take on holiday than vitamin C powder. It does not contain wheat, gluten or lactose which is good if you suffer from allergies agains those. And it does not contain yeast, which is welcome especially for women.Great product.

this Vit C is wonderful, not saccharine sweet, no artificial sweeteners, palatable taste from a brand i trust. not sure, however, why they are suddenly a lot more than earlier in the year? i usually pay around 4.60 for these...

Excellent and the sweetener isn't aspartame which I'm relieved about. The taste is good and I have no complaints at all.I think we tend to take vitamin c for granted a little bit but it is an extremely important vitamin which does more good than we realise.I would certainly recommend a regular drink of vitamin c for elderly relatives if they can take it like this.

I bought these dissolvable tablets for my daughters because they weren't getting enough vitamins and kept getting colds etc.They like the taste so its a bonus.

These may be all singing and dancing vitamin C tablets but they take forever to dissolve! Flavouring is very bland too. Won’t be getting again.

I have been taking these for around 3 years after being advised to use them from a nutritionist! I have one every morning in a glass of water and love the taste. I used to have Berroca but didn’t like the taste! Beware they Make your pee rather orange!!

Much of vitamin C is absorbed in the mouth, so I prefer soluble vitamin C. I also use this brand's effervescent multivitamins, and I dissolve the two tablets together in filtered water, then add some citrus juice to reduce the sweetness. This is part of my daily routine, and I find it essential - I have a condition that means I have impaired vitamin absorption, so I have to supplement despite a good diet. Is it effective? All I can say is I notice it if I miss them for a day or two. I've been using these (and the multi-vits) for several years now, and although I occasionaly try others, I always come back to these. They aren't cheap, but in my opinion are worth it.

This is the only clean high dose vitamin C that I can find. All the OTC ones contain toxic sweeteners - aspartame, sodium cyclamate, etc as well as dubious dyes. It is pleasant tasting and very easy to deal with, ideal for support during periods of infection or trauma.

I like this because its easy to use and full of vitamin C

The price is about four times as much As in England. And these tablets don't dissolve as quickly as the ones I bought in England. Too bad.
