Love these vitamins
These vitamins are part of my daily routine. I take three in the morning and they help keep me healthy, I believe. I can't attest to the claim that they help hair and nails, though. My hair has always grown quickly and my nails have not changed since using this product. My nails have always been weak and I am unable to grow them out very long before they break off. However, B vitamins are important for energy and general health, so that is why I take these. They are very easy to swallow.

This is a great product! It really does help strengthen nails noticably. My skin is softer. I bought this originally for my nails but the skin and hair are an additional benefit!
