How many leads are included?

The number of leads per tube varies depending on lead size and is currently 0.2mm = 10, 0.3mm = 15, 0.5mm = 40, 0.7mm = 40, 0.9mm = 36. I have also seen special tubes (sometimes bundled with pencils) which have fewer leads in them. In Asia 0.5mm is sometimes sold in tubes of 12. And be on the lookout for "clones" which copy the coloured tube design but where the leads are not made by Pentel.

Is this lead compatable with the zebra delguard type er?

I haven't personally used them in a Zebra delguard pencil, but if it is 0.5 it should fit. I have seen them advertised with the Zebra. I have used these refills with other mechanical pencils and they have been ok.

Will these leads also fit a Parker Vector pencil?

As long as your pencil takes 0.5 mm leads, these should fit.

Are they coloured leads as showed in picture or just ordinary leads?

They are ordinary graphite leads. The colour of of the case is not indicative of lead colour.
