Great Pastry Mat!
It lays flat on our kitchen island and it does not move -- very easy to wipe clean. Large space to work on as well, folds up well for storage in the cabinet.

Pastry mat that's perfect!
This is an excellent pastry mat. It has size and measurements on it. It's easy to clean and is flexible for easy storage. Always lays flat when laid out on counter or table.

Huge and very handy.
I can't really say it's easy to clean. It has a slightly tacky surface, so crumbs and flour tend to adhere to it. I use the tissue paper it came in to roll it back up after use, as it is tacky and I don't want it to stick to itself.It's *huge*!! Which I wanted, but I don't think I really realized how big it was! Not complaining, I was just a bit surprised. I can roll out anything on it without it going off the sides.The little brush that comes with it is pretty pathetic, so if you need one, don't count on this one. The scraper is fine.

Exactly what I wanted!
This is one of the best things I have purchased in a long time. The idea is to contain the mess I make when baking. Some flour is still necessary to prevent the dough from sticking to the mat but a whole lot less than on the countertop.The printed temp conversion table is handy. The review that the (inch/cm) markings are off is interesting; but does it matter where the markings start or end? It's not like I'm precision baking to a fraction of an inch (or cm). Can't remember that last time I used a ruler to measure anything when baking.Clean-up is easy, wipe with wet sponge or towel, wipe dry, and let air dry for a few minutes before rolling up and putting away.

Very bad quality checks - small, no comparison to described item, very expensive for what they sent.
Totally pathetic quality checks. The product is NOTHING LIKE WHAT IS ADVERTISED and the item is 60 x 40 cm and far too small in comparison to the size given (80 x 60). How could sellers do this and cheat their customers…
