Always best to work in a ventilated area when working with these kind of things. It is easy to clean up mess. It dries fast if the layers are very thin and it is easy to manipulate where it is going. **Q: Is this white?**
A: The product is to be removed when dome but it dries almost transparent with I small tint of blue

I have only used this product for masking model kits and pairing with acrylic paints. I don’t know if it will work for water color

**Q: Can I use it to protect handles and hinges on cabinets I'm painting?**
A: I would not use this product to keep paint from getting onto my cabinet hardware. It is very thin and is to be used on a surface like paper or canvas. I am using this mask on my canvas or paper to block another paint from covering the color I wish to keep. then when the new color of paint is dry, I gently rub off the mask and the color I protected is true. I would use painter's masking tape to protect your cabinet hardware.

**Q: I prime painted the entire surface. If I use this on part of the surface, will it remove the primer when I take this mask off?**
A: As long as primer is good and dry it shouldn't

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decent liquid mask, some positives and negatives

This has been useful to have around for when I'm doing more detailed painting, there are some positives and negatives so I'll cover those. On the positive, it's a great alternative to using masking tape when you are painting in to more awkward areas, dries pretty quickly and nothing gets through the mask once it's applied. It's quite easy to remove as well, I have been using a pair of tweezers with the rubber tip on the end and just rub the mask off that way. For a couple of negatives, I would prefer if the fluid was a little bit thicker, when I was using this to mask windows on a tank model the masking fluid seeped down the edges between the window and the tank body, once it was in that gap there was no getting it back out again but luckily it was quite thin and not too noticeable. On the same note of windows, I have noticed that the fluid doesn't take too well with the smoother surfaces and beads up on the surface, so you may need to go over the same area a few times to get proper coverage of masking. Those are the only negatives I really have for this at the moment, it will destroy the brush you use to apply the mask but this is to be expected so it isn't really a negative for the product, just don't use your best brushes. I went to the cheap £1 shops and just bought a couple of sets of their brushes to use for this mask, so once they are wrecked they can either be disposed of or used for other purposes so they aren't wasted. I have been removing the bristles and metal attachment and using the brushes to hold tank wheels on while I paint them for example. Overall though I would recommend the mask, it's good for most purposes but as I mentioned it can be a bit awkward to use on really smooth surfaces like windows and can seep if there is a gap between 2 parts, not an issue if they aren't clear parts but keep that it mind for windows.
