Authentic vintage look
This is just what I need to complete my project, restoring an old light to it's former glory. It is lovely that this type of cord is still available. I'm very happy with it. When my project is complete I shall upload a picture, I feel certain this will help other customs to choose this type of cord for their vintage lighting.

Brilliant for a period property.
After spending a lot of time trying to make our 100yr old house look like the period property that it is, modern white plastic cable doesn't really fit. This cable really does fit in and just adds that final touch to all the hard work.

Best quality used so far...
I use large quantities of braided cable and this last batch is the best quality to date. Keeps it's form and appears good quality cable with a very good quality braid.

The picture is misleading...
Delivery was pretty fast a few working days. I expected this to be longer, the picture is exaggerated. Came in at a meter or so. I've not used this yet, but seems like it will do the job.

Perfect for those old fashioned lamps
Perfect for those old fashioned lamps. Took me back, but loved whipping the ends like we used to before PVC tape came along. I think a good addition to these would be some whipping cord and anchor loops.

Quality Stuff!
This cable is good stuff! Looks authentic and it's qualit; as well as the usual insulation it has a tough inner plastic sleeve, all very reassuring! I am about to buy more!

Purchased as part of my daughter school DT project along with Kingo E27 lamp holderSets off the style well being an antique lamp, white to black cables would have not given the same impression
