I love this seller. The paper is good quality and is shipped very carefully to prevent damaged papers. The colors are beautiful and make my projects stand out. I have not had any problems ordering paper months apart and worry about the colors matching. I would consider myself experienced with the most detailed projects. You might buy some books on Amazon for ideas on projects. My favorites are the mandelas and the book Paper Quilling Chinese Style. The paper and designs in the books help you make work of art worth framing and great gifts for a minimal cost. You will find yourself buying a large stock of paper from this seller. If there were a negative comment to be made - I wish the papers came with storage options to choose from. Good luck with your projects weather you are age five or one hundred! Very soothing and a way to express yourself!

Hopefully it will be a good one.(Below is the original problem, before I contacted them)This is the first time I bought only the paper strips. When I bought the Juya kit - the one with the husking board - I loved everything about it! including the paper strips, even width, excellent quality for my inexperienced eyes/hands. Really good. I had used already several colors of the 5 mm width without a problem.When I got out of the greens, I ordered the 5 mm width package, with 42 colors, each color with 20 strips.Started using them until I realized some of the whole group of some colors had an uneven width.For example, yellows and purples were about 4.5 mm, while the peach was a tiny more than 5 mm.The diferences in height when I put them against my original kit strips had a weird effect on a flat composition.(see UPDATE and UPDATE 2 above)

I ordered this paper thinking it was the same quality and thickness as the paper I ordered previously. It's not, and at first I was so disappointed. I have an intense project I'm working on, and have found this paper works well. I like the length also! I don't recommend it for outlining, but the quality and thickness is excellent for everything else. I will purchase again. The only downside with all Juya paper is there is no option to purchase single colors. I hope the company will offer this option soon since so many want and need it.

the colors are beautiful, and there is a substantial amount of each shade. i also ordered the tool to quill with, and it has not arrived yet. it has been over a month. so, i don't really know how the papers perform. but they are lovely to look at!

I've never used anything better for quilling. The colors are vibrant, the paper is strong and holds a curl beautifully.
