Everyone like using it and I had some guests since then and they all like it and were impressed how practical it is to have it. Very easy to use and fitted under toilet seat as it wasn't there. Saying all that the fitting wasn't straight forward. As this bidet was ment for US standards it didn't fit, due to size differences between UK and US. So i had to visit a local plumber shop and buy some adapters and a extension pipe to make it fit. Once I got all the right fittings then installation was straight forward with the guide of their video and instructions included with packaging. I have contacted their CS and send them an copy of invoice for the extra fittings that I bought and guess what, they immediately refunded me in full for the extra fittings. Absolutely amazing customer service πŸ‘. And to top it up, I did register the product via their website to extend the warranty to 2 year's and as a thank you i received free 2 WHIFT toilet scents 60ml each. Lux is a good brand I had to return mine due to the supplied fittings. Would have been expensive to configure. If you are doing it from scratch may be worthwhile Should you have to return it - it has to be returned to the USA. they do not make this clear on the website. However, the supplier was most helpful. Depending on the toilet seat you may also need to add spacers - you can buy this separately on Amazon.
