This is not a set meant for children as the beads are very small. This is good for teenagers or even adults. The beads are small, which may be a choking hazard to younger children and also harder for them to use. This is a great item for your tween or teenager I’m an adult and I bought it for myself and it’s got a nice assortment.

The one bead set is excellent for my four year old. Has super cute Xmas, letters, smilies, really cute beads. Now the second set I didn’t realize it was literally the tiniest beads known to man. She can’t get them on the string and just gets frustrated. I tried and I got frustrated. Really wish it could have been bigger and we’d love this all around.

Kids love making bracelets with these. Good size for little hands (4 & 6). Bright colors, enough of each design to make a lot of bracelets if you spread out the fun designs with plain glass beads in between. The elastic it came with wasn’t that stretchy or easy to tie, but I had some other that I used instead. Also- order plastic keychain clips and you can make lanyards/zipper pulls.

The set provides a good variety of colors and styles. If you’re looking for beads that have useful letters in them this probably isn’t the set for you. There aren’t enough of the more common letters in the English language (e.g., r, s, t, l, n, e). My set had lots of q’s and x’s. I ended up going to Michael’s to buy a pack of letter beads to supplement the ones that came with this set.I also ended up ditching the stretchy plastic string that came with this kit and buying some elastic string instead. Much easier to work with!The scissors are also worthless, but that was not unexpected.The color beads are good and the tweezers are useful in picking up beads, and that was mainly lead to the three stars.

Christmas present. I am sure my granddaughter will enjoy this . She loves crafts so I expect to see some beautiful jewelry.

Love some of the fun bead designs and the variety this set comes with. However, poor packaging led my beads to come spilled into the bottom of their factory sealed box. They’re too tiny to save them all so it’s kinda a waste. Also, be aware there’s no rhyme or reason to the letters and numbers you receive - I received a total of 3 vowels and 12 Zs.

The 5mm beads are the perfect size to make bracelets for the eras tour! Easy to hold and get on the string!

Bought these for TSwift and I made a bracelet for my mother who has been wearing it non stop. Her purple bracelet is now completely white and the paint is practically gone. So just take that into consideration, I'd say the bracelet is mayyybe 2 months old? Perhaps less.
