So far, so good
Bike arrived efficiently and quickly. Previous reviews mention the building instructions are poor, which is true, but to be honest it isn’t rocket science to put together. My only criticism is the brakes are back to front to what I am used to, ie, the front brakes are operated by the left hand lever and the rear the right. However swooping them round wasn’t too difficult. Overall after a few uses I am VERY pleased, the build quality, considering its price, is very good and the range is way better than I will ever need. Would I recommend this bike, yes I would.

So much better than I was even expecting!!
This is by far not the most expensive bike I own, in fact, I'm pretty sure it's one of the cheapest on Amazon. Yet this e-bike is fantastic. Firstly, design-wise, it just looks so cool. It's not as heavy as other e-bikes I tried but it's still sturdy enough to make you feel in control even at its highest speed. And by the way, I'm not sure how much I should say about the speed but let's just say it's way faster than I expected but you can set a lower maximum speed limit if you wanted toI have ridden this bike daily for about 3 weeks now and had no problem with it whatsoever, everything works as it should and it gives a sense of safety and control while riding it.I changed the tires pretty much immediately as they were quite thin but I do the same with any bike even the more expensive ones for the very same reason. For anyone thinking of switching to e-bikes, I think this is a great one to start. Really happy with it and would strongly recommend it!Update 16/8/23This is a great bike. The price is unbearably law but its quality doesn't suffer for it. I had this bike for a while and rode it every day.Customer service is really good and now that I seen to have a little issue with the control (only issue I had so far) the reply very quickly and offer to send the replacement part which I hope they do. I'll keep this review updated but so far, I'm very happy

Good Value for an Adult eBike
Like a few others, I invested in new tyres. The ones on the bike were thin and cheap. I replaced with a pair of less chunky slick tyres, and they have been superb: both for speed and grip. The instructions in the package are awful. The sellers did send useful links after I'd constructed it, but before would have been better.I found the kickstand screws to be completely inadequate; they stripped within no time. I screwed through the stand itself, and flipped it to the other side of the strut, and fitted with small bolts and nuts. Holds much better, and can be tightened if required.Be careful to check the bike head: mine was very loose, and needed adjustment. I also had to adjust and tighten the brakes.Very happy with the frame, the wheels, the disc brakes, the saddle, and particularly the battery. I did a 54km ride yesterday, and the battery went from 6 notches to four. I use the assist at 2-3 maximum (of 5), and this seems to give very long battery life. Gear changing is very smooth, and a combo of good gears and easy motor adjustment makes for a very smooth ride, even in hilly areas. Using full power is fun for short bursts, but I suspect this bites quickly into battery life.I'm particularly impressed with battery life, and the boost that the motor gives on those sweaty hills: for someone who is unlikely to travel more than 60-70km per ride, it's ideal. It's taken me to new places I have not visited before, and probably wouldn't have attempted on a push bike.Niggles aside, I would recommend this as an entry level bike for anyone wanting to see if ebiking is for them. 1 star knocked off for the niggles, and the awful instructions.

Good customer service
I recently purchased a cycle and received it within a commendable 15-day timeframe, here in Ireland. Having used it rigorously for over three months, I am eager to share my user experience. The quality of the cycle has been impressive, proving to be a reliable companion for my daily needs. Weighing 78 kg and residing in a hilly area, I find that the cycle requires only a gentle push to ascend, which speaks volumes about its efficiency and build quality. The after-sales service deserves special mention. Their responsiveness and customer support have been exceptional. When faced with an issue with the rear brake caliper, they swiftly provided a replacement for both wheels, ensuring my safety and satisfaction.Overall, I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The cycle's performance, coupled with the excellent customer service, has made this a worthwhile investment. I would gladly recommend this product to others looking for a dependable and user-friendly cycling option.

Poor quality will cause problems not built well
I have waited roughly 3 months to give a honest review. At first seem ok and I was reasonably happy, unfortunately It has rusted up all spokes and parts ,the headset constantly comes loose, the battery or motor will randomly cut out whenriding and this is getting more frequent, the parts are all cheap and poor quality, it is very heavy and riding with out assistants is very hard and better to ride a standard bike. I have just tryed to fix a puncture, I bought a new inertube which is exact in size as the one that came out but does not fit , you can not keep the tyre on the rim of the wheel . I have been building and repairing bikes for over 35 years and this by far is the worst bike I have ever worked on , cheaply made and bad workmanship, cheap and bad parts. I have had to constantly address brakes and headset to forks , i keep my bikes in a shed so not out in all weathers and i do wipe down if gets mudy and wet when i finish riding.I have even taken to two well know bike shops and both agree with me, poor construction poor and cheap parts , will not last . So I will only be able to say to people avoid as will only give you problems and will spend money on it but will not help .
