Smucker'sGoober Peanut Butter & Grape Jelly Stripes - 18 oz Glass Jar

This peanut butter and jam spread is really nice. It has become my all time favourite thing to have on toast. I never thought I would say this but it's actually nicer than Fluff on toast. For anyone that doesn't know Fluff is an American marshmallow spread that was my favourite thing to have on toast until I tried this. I will also be trying this in sandwiches because peanut butter and strawberry jam is my all time favourite sandwich so I want to see if peanut butter and grape jam is as nice in sandwiches. I will update this review when I have tried this in sandwiches to let you know what I think of it in sandwiches. If you like peanut butter and jam in sandwiches or on toast you will most likely like this. There is also a peanut butter and strawberry jam flavour of this spread which I will definitely buy in the future to try on toast. I will definitely be buying this again because it's now my favourite spread. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes peanut butter and jam and who wants to try something different. I've never tried grape jam on it's own before or with peanut butter. I'm really glad I decided to try this. I just wish this was available in standard shops in the U.K. because that would make it cheaper and easier to get. I now look forward to getting out of bed in the morning so I can have this on toast. It's the highlight of my day. If I could have this everyday I would and it would never get boring. This is a must try for anyone who likes peanut butter and jam in sandwiches or on toast.

Peanut butter and jam in a single jar.American and Canadian friends had told me about this, I think they had actually told me about a variety which was peanut butter and gooseberry but I did not find it listed just this, the grape variety and another strawberry jam variety.The peanut butter is smooth, not chunky which I tend to think of as the "real" peanut butter, it is thankfully hasnt got the salty taste of some peanut butters and the jam has no large pieces of fruit in it either, it is a smooth spread also without any bits in it. The consistency of the spread is such that it could be used for cake fillings or pastry fillings as easily as an actual spread for sandwiches, crackers, toast, scones etc. The jam and peanut butter has been piped into the jar next to one another and when spreading it you may get more of one or the other but the aim of the product is to have something convenient, more convenient than the two seperate jars for making the "peanut butter and jelly (jam) sandwich".The jar has a screw top lid which keeps the spread fresh.This is probably a really unhealthy food stuff, probably definitely ranking as junk food and I bet it supplies the lion share of what should be a daily calorific intake. Worth a try and great as a novelty item too but if this a mainstay of your diet maybe you need to consider something healthier.

But not much jelly.I really like this. I like the brand and the presentation.However, I had to add my own jam to make up for the lack of jelly.For £3.99 it was worth it.

Jar was broken upon arrival...even though it was well wrapped. Which leads me to believed the jar was cracked when packaged or the post office played football with it. Either way wint be ordering again.

Tastes great, been after this for ages.
