I ordered two of these pans, one 8” and one 10”. They come needing the handle screwed into the pan body. A perfect fit screwdriver and two screws are included. It’s easy. Don’t panic. So far, I am loving these pans. Definitely nonstick, and clean up easily. Heat evenly. Any food remaining I just wipe off with a paper towel before washing. I’m going to order the 12” now. I definitely recommend these pans. The price is right! They are substantial and sturdy fry pans. We use them for every kind of stovetop cooking.

Nothing sticks. Cleans easily. Seems durable. Handle is very comfortable. If I were to buy again, I would buy a lighter color, just to be able to see the food better,

I use this pan a lot and has held up very well so far. It’s non stick finish gives me the result I want when I am cooking scrambled eggs and omelettes—not all “non stick” pans, whatever the price, do this. If you are using the recommended cooking temperature there is no hot spot. I am super careful to only use bamboo or silicon utensils, so no scratches. It is an attractive pan that is showing minimal discoloration. It is a nice weight—not too light or too heavy. I highly recommend this pan, but I will revisit this review at about one year.

It appears the lid shown on the website with the two pans is not included. I find that at best "misleading". The pans themselves are fine; they do what I wanted them for, such as frying eggs and other egg products, pancakes, and the like. They have a good weight without being heavy and clean up very fast. They are heavy enough without being obsessive. I admit I was expecting one lid, at least, but I am sure I can find one in my collection. I hope the cookie sheets from the same company are comparable in quality but it takes a wile to receive them. VjM

This pan functions perfectly and is a total bargain at the current price. It's a good light weight, feels substantial in hand, and the thick, wood-look composite handle looks and feels good, and doesn't heat up enough to take your skin off like a metal handle does. The nonstick surface is 100 percent stick-free right out of the box. It cleans up in a few seconds with a light rinse and dry. This pan replaces a brand new, supposedly nonstick 8-inch skillet purchased on Amazon from a very well-known maker which cost 3.5 TIMES AS MUCH! Every time I cooked with it failed - food got stuck on the bottom bad. So after 2 weeks I put it in the trash. Then I hunted for a replacement and got lucky trying this brand. So far, it works so well I think I couldn't have bought a better skillet for the money. If used a lot, all these nonsticks lose the nonstick after a couple/few years. I use this size skillet 3, 4, 5 times a week breakfast lunch and dinner. So having one that works well like this one does makes my life easier. I'm already pretty loaded up on kitchen stuff, but if I weren't, I definitely would try other cookware offered by CAROTE.

This is my first time buying cookware on Amazon so I wasn't sure what to expect but I'm incredibly impressed by this frying pan. Additionally, I was very pleasantly surprised to discover it comes with a full size, high quality screwdriver (which has since joined my tool collection) and attaching the handle took less than 20 seconds. The pan is substantial and sturdy with a good weight and unlike some others I've tried, this one sits level on my older gas stove burners. It conducts heat evenly and best of all, oil and butter seem not to cook away as much so I find myself needing to use less of them. As described, it's completely non-stick so everything slides right out and hand washing is a snap, regardless of what was cooked. I'm completely enamored of the off white color and blond wood handle, so much so that in the month since purchasing, I've used it almost every night. I can't recommend it enough, it would make a great gift for anyone that cooks, and I will likely buy another.

I rarely review, but I’m the family chef & this is the 1 nonstick pan to rule them all! I first saw & used one at my sister’s house (whose cereal bowls are Parisian art). When searching for a pan to grill steaks for 9 I saw this striking set of gleaming white pans & complimented them remarking “how much were those!!” She replied, “oh I found those on Amazon for a song and you NEED them!” She wasn’t wrong- on top of the upscale white & wood aesthetic they are very well made. I won’t bore you with specs you can read, but I’ve never used solid aluminum, and the clean white granite finish fused to the metal is as functional as it is pretty. For the price these are a must have- the 8” (w/svelt bamboo spatula) is the perfect egg pan. It doesn’t replace cast iron to achieve mallard reaction on steak, but sis didn’t have large cast iron pan. I cooked 9 filet mignons all at the same time, cooked evenly, perfectly med-rare, finished at the same time so we could dine together! Everyone raved about the steak despite not having my signature crust & cleaned up’s a breeze vs. cast iron! This replaced 2 expensive peeling ScanPans, made in Denmark & is superior to Teflon! I read the few instructions & I’m confident it will outperform & outlast Teflon. Buy at least 1 now!

Best frying pan I have ever purchased. My first one lasted for 7 years before the inside started to stick. Any other pan that I have used in the past only lasted a maximum of 3 years.
