Good book
This book was very motivational for me. Since I am taking the natural remedy approach toward my MS treatments I am trying to read as many motivational, educational and uplifting books I come across. The author of this book is very set on conventional medicine also for his treatment. I am not knocking conventional medicine. I tried it and it did not work for me. It seems to be working for this author which is great. I am still searching for what is going to work for me. A lot of the information and advice in this book might be what works for me. Good to have the hard copy of the book as resource material.

Help Dealing With MS
First off, I have to say that I really enjoyed this book. First one that I read pertaining to MS that I wanted to finish.I like that he starts with his story and why he looked for ways to help himself.Full of information, much of which I already knew, but had put in the back of mind. Lets face it many of us do it as a way to deal with things, which is not to deal with it.I loved the tips on food and I learned more about vitamins, certain ones, that could help my body repair itself. This was good info to have when I went for my 6 month follow up because it allowed me something positive to discuss with the doctor.Very pleased with this book in general. Easy to read and follow. Thank you Mr. Bryant for sharing your story and isights into this nasty disease. I was first diagnosed with Remitting/relapsing MS and now it has moved to Progressive Secondary remit/relaps MS. It only took 9 years to progress. Thanks for the vitamin info, in just 6 months I have noticed that my body is benefiting from them.

MS book
This is a good book for newly diagnosed patients. It's a good refresher for those of us that have gotten lackadaisical about helping ourselves.I tend to get cocky and think I know what I'm doing, But I've gotten just plain lazy.So thanks for your words of encouragement.I'm closer to getting back on track.

Best book ever; when it comes to MS
I read this book in 1 hour. I LOVED it. Easy reading and very informative. After reading this book; I changed my eating habits, joined a gym and started taking more vitamins and minerals. I have never felt better. I have had RRMS for a little over 10 years now and have only had 2 relapses. I can honestly say I am living symptom free. People say to me, all the time: "you don't look like you have MS." I say," I really don't feel like I have MS." I am so blessed. I swim 3-4x a week and see an accupunturist 2x a month; It has helped immensley. I have more energy and am able to hold down a job as a Medical Assistant 3 days a week. I take it one day at a time........and remember to give thanks to the Divine Physician, our Heavenly Father.Thank you Daryl Bryant for writing this book and sharing it with so many of us living with MS. May God bless you!

MS Living Symptom Free
I have/had lots of questions since my diagnosis. This was something I was not prepared for at all! Good read, explains lots of things and even has referenced other items/articles/books to read. I'm passing it around to my mother to read also, so maybe she will get the answers she is looking for.

Uplifting and Helpful
I found this to be one of the most helpful books that I have read and it gives you a look at other options that we have to treat our MS. These are things that the physicans don't always want us to know about. Here at our house we are working at changing our diets and when I read this book it was at the very beginning. I have hope that I will get my MS to the point of not having to worry as much as I do right now. Thank you so much for the great words not only your own but the quotes you have put in your book.

A Great Quick Read for the Newly Diagnosed
Although I was diagnosed 2 1/2 years ago, I found agreement with Daryl on almost everything in this book and have done much of what he recommends. Unlike so many other authors who risk their health, he believes that getting on medication is extremely important. He then covers supplements, food, chemicals in our environment, and exercise. This book is a quick read and will get anyone newly diagnosed on the right track to bringing this progressive disease under control. Two other books I highly recommend for an in depth look at MS are Multiple Sclerosis Manifesto and Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis. However, definitely start with MS: Living Symptom Free.

M.S. is not the same for everyone.
I am fortunate as my M.S.seems to be more easily managed although I have had it for over 40years. I count myself very lucky.
