I tried to buy this bed directly from the company. After three weeks and with no delivery date in sight, I canceled that order and ordered from Amazon. Ordering was easy. It arrived when promised. It weighs what the description say, HEAVY!! Opening the bed was interesting. Opening the box then unwinding all the plastic and as you got close to the mattress it starts opening up! We got it on the frame and it was at 12” within an hour. I slept on the bed three hours later. Very comfortable. After a month the bed has proven not to be as “memory foam” as described. When I lay down at night, 10p-ish, the I mattress is supportive, but by the time I get up at 2a to use the bathroom I have sunken in to the spot, like a pillow top. The only part of the mattress that stays cool are the areas that are not laid on. Now I have to try to return and replace it. Hopefully it will be as easy as it was to order through Amazon.

I’m not sure what the manufacturer means by “edge support” on this mattress, because it doesn’t feel very supportive. When I sit on the edge to get in, anything I’ve placed near the center—like a snack, the remote, or a book—slides toward me. The edge sinks enough to create a slope, which makes it inconvenient if you tend to sit on the side of the bed before lying down.

The mattress is very soft and has no edge support. If I am not centered the mattress feels like I am sleeping on a ski slope!
