Such good value for the price! So many pieces. So many balloons I was able to make two garland/arches. The foil balloons were also great.super soothing mermaid colors fed their heart with warm and happiness. the balloons are easy to inflate and assemble.If the letters" HAPPY BIRTHDAY" could be in deeper and brighter color, it would be perfect.
