Solid waterproof case
Expensive for what it is but rather get the original although you can get a copy for cheaper I will not risk it though so got this as I wanted to use it for snorkelling

It's a sturdy case!
Looks very well made and very robust.The camera fits perfectly!But it's kinda annoying the backdoor cannot support touchscreen. For the price of the case, this "operation" should be possible.

Good enough but the hinge plastic could be better!
Good fit for the camera and the clear plastic seems very good quality but not scratch proof. The front lens cover is very resistant to scratch tho. The waterproof seals were functional but the white plastic at the lock cracked after underwater use. I have read some more review where they had similar problems at the hinge plastic. So it makes me think that the hinge plastic is not of the same quality as the clear plastics. Even though it seems easy to replace just the hinge cover, you cannot buy it as spare part from YI you have to get a new case itself if you wish to rectify the problem. I had to buy a second case as this fault developed after the return window but was given a 50% discount for the second case.Its a good enough case and seems better overall considering it can be used with other go pro and action camera accessories as they all use same mount. However I would like to be able to purchase spare parts (like the plastic hinge) for the case as the hinge than the whole case!

Killed my camera, a completely waste of money.
The media could not be loaded. This "waterproof" case killed my YI 4K.I bought this case a month ago for a trip which I would do some water activities, such as diving and snorkeling.The description says: "Waterproof up to 132 feet underwater", that is a completely LIE!The camera worked up to 7 feet (2 meters) underwater, when I went to 20 feet (6 meters), the case started leaking water and killed my YI 4K.Before asking me, I am 100% sure that the case was closed properly. I used it with no problems up to 2 meters a bit before going to 6 meters.XIOAYI needs to take responsibility for what happened, my camera is dead because of a faulty product.What happened to me, might happen to anyone.Therefore, I strongly recommend to everyone to not buy a YI 4K camera and this terrible case because they don't provide reliable products.I wish I had bought a GoPro instead!EDIT:After contacting YI, they understood they sold me a faulty case and sent me a new one. They also paid 80% of a new YI 4K. Therefore. I didn't buy my previous YI 4K camera from Amazon and they said, because of that, they couldn't pay 100% of the camera.Overall, I'm satisfied with the YI's customer service, since they were very attentive.

Good, but lock cracked in less than 1 month
Pretty good. It doesn't completely muffle the sound like some other lower quality cases do. The problem I have with it after less than 1 month of using is that the plastic lock-on clip cracked.. I'm afraid for it's underwater seal capabilities now.
