Can this encode onto bank cards? of so if i copy my bank card onto a blank with chip using this encoder, will it work?

Can this copy my fuel card? And as I’m unfamiliar with this technology how easy is it to set up and copy a card, is it very technical?

If the card has a magnetic strip(only) then it's going to be ok. But if your fuel card has a chip (the square metal tag on the top of card) wich stores your personal data, then the MSR X6 won't be able to to read it.
