Tanglewood TW2T Mahogany Travel Size Acoustic Guitar

The item is a Tanglewood TW2 T acoustic guitar from Hayes Music. It arrived 12 days early. Hayes were extremely helpful when I called them with an enquiry. So thank you for your attention, Martin. The guitar was well packaged and came with a carry case and an Allen key for the truss rod (the neck is perfectly straight). I bought this as a second to keep handy for those moments when I suddenly get ideas. It is perfect for that. It is light and has a beautiful satin finish. As it is a smaller than standard instrument it would be perfect for people with small hands although I haven’t encountered any problems with lack of space for my fingers. It has a good tone and is very well built. My Fender acoustic has some competition at recording time. A good guitar at a very good price.

Bought mine as a scratch-n-dent model. Couldn’t find a scratch or dent on it! Really nice size, and easy to play. Good tone. Buy one!

Lovely guitar high recommend. Perfect for playing wherever due to its compact size. Sounds beautiful and plays lush. The neck is very comfortable and very smooth so makes it easy to play!

Bought this for my husband in search of a travel guitar that didn’t cost as much as a $500 Martin but still had quality of sound. After coming upon this one I decided to give it a try. He loves it! I love it! I learned how to play guitar on my dads travel Martin and this one is absolutely comparable in sound!! It’s beautiful, sounds lovely and mellow, and I’m so thankful that the it came with nice elixir strings. The only reason I docked it a star is because it becomes un tuned very easily. With just a slight bump or after putting it down for a bit it needs re tuned. So other than that I’m very pleased.
