It may seem like a placebo, but it's not!
People are complaining about this being a placebo and all. Folks, this is a herbal/ayurvedic medicine. It's not going to be as strong as one of those allopathic sleep pills. It's mild but it works. For me, it solved (temporarily) my terrible insomnia. I stopped the anti-depressants because of these. This and green tea helped the most. Diet and workout are obviously very important as well.
