We absolutely love these. Decided to replace our existing (and expensively rubbish ones) for these electric alternatives. Already knew I liked them as I have had them before but they are so sleek and easy to use. You can adjust how much they dispense and they are super functional for cooking. Good quality materials so I am expecting them to last us.

This is the second purchase of the same item that I've made, the other was initially for a gift, but I ended up buying a set for myself. For the price, this is absolutely perfect, good quality build, I would say the battery life is very much dependent on the brand of batteries that you're using, but I've not had any issues. You're able to change the courseness of the salt and pepper when using, which is a great idea for cooking. Easy to fill, not too messy. Just a great all-round product.

Love how well-made these are and easy to use. However the clear section for salt and pepper much smaller than I would have liked, both need refilling frequently especially the salt! Nonetheless they make a nice eye catching display on my kitchen counter.

Really pleased with these, previously I had a really expensive Peugeot grinder, which lasted years, but eventually died. I was going to buy another, but they are hugely expensive, bought these as an alternative and I would say they are just as good and very reasonably priced.... I would even say the batteries last longer on these as I haven't changed them in over a year on daily use. They are easy to refill and adjust. Both are identical and as I am a pepper fan I now have a pepper mill at home and in the campervan!

My original, almost identical set, which I had had for13+ years, recently gave up the ghost after being used almost daily. I have shopped around then, after doing a search on Amazon, found this updated version. It is very similar, but sleeker, and works exactly the same way. It as delivered within 24 hours by Amazon, and I am very pleased with it. Thank you

UPDATE: COMPLETELY DEAD! I kept them clean, but now even as a backup set, the battery compartment and button section have failed on both meaning in the bin they go, I should have returned them at the time...so please learn from our mistake by reading the rest of the review for info on how and why these operated poorly from day one! ORIGINAL REVIEW: In case people didn't know, the Russell Hobbs brand is now owned by a US-based product consolidation company called Spectrum Brands, who own tens of other old-name brands that couldn't compete in the modern marketplace with lower production cost better quality newer no-name brands. Ever since, they've clearly been on a cost cutting exercise, as the products are now generic cheap tat, made to the lowest quality denominator possible, trying to trade on the quality brand name of old, while being more expensive than ever. What we've ended-up with here is cheaply made and badly designed products like this, THEY ARE AWFUL AND FAIL ALL THE TIME. Let's start with with a motor that can barely do its job of turning to grind the contents, then we have a battery compartment that doesn't lock properly, slips about all over the place as it's not manufactured properly, and the other sections below also don't lock properly either. I returned 2 sets but kept a third, but these were soon resigned to backups only as I gave-up after realising there is clearly zero product quality checks on the finished products here. I had the previous model which lasted 10+ YEARS(!) from before this bad brand consolidation business. If only i dint; break one by dripping it accidentally...but replacing with this utter rubbish is a sorry state for what was a trustworthy brand. No longer. Avoid!

Very nice set. A great addition to the kitchen gadgets.

Da tempo desideravo acquistare un macinapepe/sale elettrico, anche se i famigliari la ritenevano una spesa superflua, però appena hanno avuto la sorpresa di questa coppia di macinini Russell Hobbs 23460-56 e provati, non mi hanno più detto una sola parola di disapprovazione, ed ora li usano sempre, abbandonando quello manuale decorato da incisioni artistiche su legno ed ancora funzionante. Non solo dal punto estetico sono ineccepibili, ma anche nella funzionalità e praticità d’uso soprattutto quando ci si mette a tavola magari con appetito, sufficientemente robusti e pratici anche nel caricare le spezie, che rimangono visibili fino alla fine, e nella sostituzione delle 4 batterie tipo AA, funziona bene anche con le ricaricabili NI-MH da 1,2 V, quelle di capacità standard sui 2000 mA, usandolo tutti i giorni, mi sono durate ca. due mesi. Utile ma non indispensabile l’illuminazione a due led sul fondo uscita macinato. Lo consiglio per la comodità e per i buongustai che apprezzano la migliore fragranza della spezia appena macinata, e perché no? anche per un tocco di moderna curiosità per gli ospiti visto che questo accessorio in versione elettrico non è ancora da molti conosciuto.

Peper one not working anymore after 3 moths… no option to return…

現状使用でUK出品のものが格安だったので予備用に購入。 以前に国内物を予備購入でsoltのみ交換して使用で1本予備はあるものの 到着後、電池を入れて動作確認しましたが問題ないです。 予定より早くても到着まで15日程度要しましたが、待てる方にはお勧めです。
