So a one 300mg, one pill per day dosage supposedly provides more than 2000mg that takes me 3 pills per day to get. I like taking fewer pills per day, but I haven't learned how these accomplish that multiple. The turmeric/circumin I was taking prior added the black pepper, which I had read was pretty essential. So maybe their label, or Amazon description could explain better about that patented formula? I am taking them daily, but I can't say that I feel different than the other product I used from Amazon yet. But I can say that one pill (if the formula does actually meet the claim) is certainly better than 3! I will update my review over time if I truly notice a big difference.
