will this replace the motor to siemens da-v322c 3 port diverter valve and can a good diy'er do it without any plumbing

I used it on a Siemens CVZ 222. The hole in the plate where the spline goes through was slightly too small but was easily opened up. 
The plate lifted off for easy access so was easy to hold on a flat surface and file the hole. 
Now working perfectly.

Your question isn't completely clear.  The valves (if you buy the proper ones and not cheap replacements) come with instructions. It is easy to install a replacement motor in a valve but you must be sure the power is really off before you start and you will need to be sure that you cannot drop any of the tiny screws that have to be removed and replaced.  Although any of the many spare motor makes will wok the cheap ones will not last as long and if your valve is a one inch (25mm) one then the life of a cheap motor may only be days - I know I have gone through a pack of four on such a valve yet one proper one inserted after all this chaos has been going now for years.  Always buy a version of the valve that conforms to EN 60730, 89/336/EEC & 73/23/EEC or is stamped "Made in USA".  NB: Ignore any stamped "Original".  If having read the instructions you are not confident then get a plumber in.

Question 3

I have swapped the motor for honeywell & still radiators don't work. if i switch to manual it works. can this be the problem of valve or new motor?

The motor drives a small brass gear that interacts with a quadrant gear that operates the valve.  I found that the quadrant gear assembly was worn and the teeth would jump.  I had to replace the whole of the head of the valve - that's the metal box with the electric bits in that sits on top of the plumbing parts.  If the manual operation works the plumbing parts are probably ok.  Price a replacement valve head as well as a full valve replacement as I found it was cheaper to buy the whole assembly and use the part that you needed.

Is this product a suitable replacement for bgmvsp-23 mid position actuator

I am not sure about this but I have used it on a Drayton mid position motor. I believe these motors are common to most two and three port valves.
If it looks right and the spec is similar it is probably ok.
