TV comes with flush mount bracket that will leave it flush against the wall, best part is that it looks like a picture when its off and 4K TV when it's on.

Have experienced issues since day one
I have had this TV for a year on August 30th. Samsung has sent me 5 remotes and sent out a tech a few times to no avail. They also refuse to replace the entire unit. Cannot use remote except to turn on the TV, then I have to use an iPhone app to control it since the remote will not function. Have another 65" Samsung (not Frame) that cost $2000 less and does work. It is a travesty that their top tier product is a failure and they refuse to deal with it over the course of 9+ months. I cannot recommend this product.
