I have bad headaches often and this is seriously a life save!! It fits on your head perfectly but the main reason I like it is it’s versatile. I’ve used it on my knee (which it wraps and Velcros for a secure fit) around my neck, my shoulder!! Very handy and affective!

I received as a birthday gift from the hubby and I really love it. This is not the cap one, but has a velcro in back. I used it on my shoulder/neck area, lower back and of course my head and it's so nice. Gave one for my son for his birthday last month and he said once he gets home from a long hot day he puts it on his chest to cool off. I get headaches all too often and this is exactly what I was looking for. I prefer to microwave it but having the option to freeze it too is a bonus for me. Haven’t found a better option than this.

I have been having lots of migraines and don't like taking medication. I bought two of these and an so glad so I can be freezing one when using another. It is so comfortable, heavy, and hold the cold well but it is not too cold initially either.Just make sure they don't get wet as the gel will reshape. Love this product!
