This low carb/high protein substitute tastes as good as the real thing, and leaves you feeling full and satisfied due it its high fibre content. Compared to a normal bread Dr Zak's Protein Bread has similar taste with a nutty overtone as you find in a high quality wholemeal bread. Unlike low protein bread, Dr Zak's is a slightly thicker bread which is on account of tfact that each slice contains 15g of protein which is 4 times as much as normal bread.
