The quality is very good. You do have to attach the sticks yourself but they give you everything you need and are very easy to do.

There are no instructions for the 60th birthday package not sure how to use the 3M foam tape and then there's other clear tape. Any ideas would reall

I believe that you use the foam tape like regular tape. Put the tape on the card, and put the stick part on it, and it should stay.

can you hot glue the sticks on?

It comes with it's own glue dots I did to make it a little sturdier

Does the sign come with it that says photo booth grab & use?

No that is not apart of the package. Only what you see in the 1st photo
