Cracking handle
Beautiful briefcase and at first sight looks well processed. However, after first use the two handles kind of sticked together and left a long scratch (see picture) on it. For this price I expect a higher level of quality...

Versatile Practical
This is my second Tumi product, and it is excellent well thought out design easy to clean. I travel a lot for work and the constant hassle of airport security becomes tiresome, especially with multiple connections, separate lap top slide out compartment means quick removal before the scan. bag is smart enough to take to the office practical enough for traveling.

built to last, and look good
So far this has been a fantastic bag. I have recently switched back to a shoulder carry from a roller brief. This bag fits perfectly on my carry-on and is lightweight and simple to carry on business. I was surprised at the room available inside as well as all the handy pockets on the outside. Cords and wires all have a place to fit and I am able to fit a little extra in as well. The bag is durable and I have high hopes of it holding up well, as my other TUMI bags have always done in the past!

Great bag for the road warrior!
I’ve had this for awhile now and was initially reluctant to use due to the fact that I previous bag had more storage. I travel by air about 45 weeks a year for work and to that my bag is extension of me is an understatement! Anyhow, after finally switching over to this bag for everyday use, I’ve never looked back! This bag is the perfect size for the road warrior and it forced me to stop shoving stuff into it that I never used and didn’t need. Which added up to about 7 pounds of extra weight! I’m not implying that this is bag small by any means. I still have everything I need with me every week and a few things I probably don’t (thanks OCD)! Anyhow, great quality and still looks new about a year later. Would definitely buy it again!
