Excellent and large enough for the larger ankles, great I can add weight as and when needed

No weights. Be aware.
I think that this product is a bit misleading where it says 10kg in describing it in the name of the product. This is because there are no weights included it in at all and some people may not notice the part where it says without weight. You need to be aware of this.
