Have purchased again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Safe and Effective *by C***E on 27 April 2016* I've had this product about two months and bought it just before adopting 3 degus for a fairly large metal enclosure mounted on a stand (the cage itself is about 38" tall and 30" wide). As it was brand new when I bought the spray I only used half of the solution instead of the whole lot like it suggests for the first clean or heavy soiling. So far I have just under half of the spray bottle left, and that's with doing a big clean out once a week and one or two wipes down of the sides (needs a few sprays) during the rest of the week. So in total I think the product is going to last me around 4 months before I require some more solution! I use it with my boys still in the cage and clean each section bit by bit. No harm has become of my degus and they seem more curious about it than anything. It thankfully has a mild scent and if you leave it to soak for a minute or two as directed you can see that it literally dissolves the dirt, and the sticky mess that had been on the sides is easily wiped off - though the smell isn't so pleasant then. I leave the bottom to soak for longer due to heavier soiling. Although I use the spray for the initial wipe down, I then rinse the cloth in warm water with a little soap just to clean it off (as the fact that the spray turns the mess to a liquid state means it soaks in if you use a normal dish cloth like me.) I then just wipe the side again with the damp to make sure no residue is left. It always leaves the cage looking like new and with no bad smells! The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that I haven't compared to any other products so I am unsure how well it performs against others. I was thinking about also getting the Pets at Home cleaning spray to see the difference and I will post another review if I do!
