This is a small fan that gently blows air across my seedlings to prevent damping off, as recommended by master gardener/teacher/broadcaster Joe Lamp'l. The clamp spread wide enough to fit a 2x4, and holds tightly. It is probably not strong enough to have a cooling effect in a room, but keeps the air moving.

Thinner than I expected
I can usually get more for less at local stores but everywhere was out of what I needed. This felt worked in a pinch but wasn't as quality as i usually get.
