This is for scrapes on brushed chrome table base. Will it work

It will improve the look but unlikely to remove heavier scratches. A great cleaner of chrome and brass anyway.

Does it polIsh fuel tanks on trucks

I don't know what bare metal your truck fuel tank is finished with but, hopefully, not painted. I have successfully used this Peek polish on stainless steel, aluminium, copper and brass.

you can use it on any metalwork on the car, also the plastics, i wouldn't use it on the paint although it would work on any dull paintwork as a cutting agent. but there are other products for that.

Will this work on scuff marks on my car alloy wheels

well it depends how big the scuff is. if it's a light scuff yes. if it's a proper scrape through the paint and scratching the alloy then no. it's an excellent polish but it can't work miracles. you might need to get them repainted.
