Worked with me to create a perfect plaque
Initially the QR code was generated with white background. A miscommunication on both parties part but they immediately worked with me to create exactly what I wanted. Very happy and ordering another one.

Does not work
Firstly the QR code is so light it cannot be read, even in broad daylight, and secondly I ordered a transparent sign and got a frosted one. Basically a complete waste of money.
