BEPANTHEN OINTMENT

Arrived promptly, packaged as shown , however the reviews say bepathan is great better than sudocream...this is definitely not my experience with my newborn ...used bepathan only and used cotton wool and water and very regular nappy changes but got an awful nappy rash which cleared instantly with sudocream and stayed away with sudocream...For my first and second son sudocream is definitely the best cream out there for nappy rash and not as expensive as bepathan !

The Nappy Creme is the best no doubt but the packaging was terrible - the creme box was all bashed up and the creme tube was bent and as a result had creme coming out from the sides.

I use this on my baby at nappy changes at the first sign of redness and it clears immediately, never develops any further. I have also used it in the past on my tattoos and it's far more soothing than anything else I tried so I can only assume it has a similar effect on the baby!

In our household this cream is known as magic cream. At the first sign of redness we put a small amount on our little girl and by the next nappy change the redness has disappeared. The texture is silky and smooth and little goes a long way. In my opinion by far the best nappy cream on the market!
